DAY 1

Arrive to Khabarovsk, meet wit flsg, transfer for breakfast at local restaurant

09:00-13:00

City sightseeing: Muraviev-Amurskiy street, Lenin square, Soboro-Komsomolskaya square, Uspenskiy Cathedral (entrance), Amure river view point, Amur Cliff (Utyos), Muraviev-Amurskiy monument.

 

Visit to Local Lore museum

 

(Optionally) visit to Khabarovsk museums: Military museum, Arts museum, Far-Eastern ichtiofauna museum-aquarium, Khabarovsk history museum.

 

Glory square and Memorial Fire, Spaso-Preobrazenskiy Cathedral (entrance) and Orthodox Seminary.

13:00

Lunch at one of local restaurants with variety of cuisines: Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Caucasian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German, homemade dishes.

 

Railway  square with Erofey Khabarov monument, continue excursion to the northern part of the city: the Amur bridge (crossing and taking photos), visit to the Amur bridge museum.

 

Visit to the open-air ZOO (more than 60 species of Far-Eastern animals and birds including tiger, bears, etc)

Dinner at one of local restaurants with variety of cuisines: Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Caucasian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German, homemade dishes.

DAY 2

Visit to Dacha with lunch from grown at dacha vegetables and plants.

Matryoshka painting master-class

Amure river 1-hour cruise by pleasure boat.

Variety of industrial visit (for choice):

  1. “Baltika” beer factory with tasting several types of beer and a beer-glass for souvenir.
  2. Vodka and liquor factory “Khabarovskiy” visit. The factory is unique for its history (the oldest in the Far East dating from 1883) and for its products containing Far-Eastern endemics (eleutherococus, schizandra, aralia and many others)
  3. Red-Fish production.
  4. Confectionary factory visit
  5. Ice-cream factory visit
  6. Meat or Milk products factory visit

Farewell dinner at “Varvarka” restaurant with Russian Tea Party and Russian Folklore show (30 min).
